Ship to Tower
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or ship using your preferred method to our returns warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange.
